• You provide a complete unboxing video showing the issue (must begin from sealed package — no edits or cuts)

❌ Returns Not Accepted If:

• The request is made after 24 hours

• The unboxing video is missing or unclear

• The product is used or not in original packaging

• Damage occurred after delivery

• Reason is change of mind or accidental order

📸 Unboxing Video Guidelines:

Your video must:

• Start with the sealed parcel

• Be recorded without any cuts or edits

• Clearly show the issue/defect with the product

💵 Refund Timeline:

• If approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days

• The amount will be credited to your original payment method

🚚 Return Shipping:

• You may be required to self-ship the product securely

• Return address and details will be shared after approval
